• In-Person: Visit the Admissions Office at any Feza Schools branch to collect a physical copy of the application form. Complete and return the form to the office.

Step 3: Submission of Required Documents

Along with the completed application form, you will need to submit the following documents:

• A copy of the student’s birth certificate
• Two passport-size photographs
• Copies of previous academic records (report cards, certificates, etc.)
